Experience the old winegrower tradition in Cochem with its world famous Reichsburg Castle and be guest in a typical family winery. The winemaker in person explicates how wine is produced and shows you all important steps of production in the vineyards aside the winery, in the pressing hall with the wine press, at the must centrifuge, in the barrel hall with oak wood barrels, in the bottling- and labelling hall. We'll be glad to show you absolutely unique rarities: our oak wood barrel cellar in a shale rock tunnel in the vineyard and our 100 years old vineyard railway with locomotive, barrel lorry, tip lorry and trackage in the precipitous vineyards.
